to the Cumberland History site.
Currently access is limited to a number
of 'West Cumberland Times' Issues, a few interesting articles
from old 'Cumbria' magazines and a fasinating insight to
life in the 1840's by reading the handwritten ledger from
a 1841 Farmers Almanac.
When time permits, I will be adding lots
more West Cumberland Times Issues (kindly being transcribed
by a number of volunteers from the rootsweb Cumberland mailing
list), MI transcriptions, Recipies, Other newspapers, etc,
etc, so watch this space!
